Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 May 2026

By downloading or using Aligrio, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. They're written in plain English and kept as concise as possible.

1. The app

Aligrio is a desktop application for macOS and Windows that connects to calendar providers and displays upcoming meeting reminders. The app is provided by the Aligrio team ("we", "us", "our").

2. Free trial

Aligrio includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, the app will require a licence to continue operating.

3. Licence agreement

Upon purchasing a licence, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Aligrio on any computer you personally own or control, subject to these terms.

4. Payment and refunds

Licence purchases are processed securely by our payment provider. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes.

We offer a 30-day free trial specifically so you can evaluate Aligrio before purchasing. Because of this, we do not offer refunds after a licence has been activated. If you experience a technical issue preventing the app from working, please contact support before requesting a refund.

5. Updates and support

We will provide bug fixes and updates to Aligrio at our discretion. We aim to support each major version for a minimum of two years from its release date. Major version upgrades may require a new licence purchase.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our support page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

6. Availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Aligrio at any time. If we discontinue the app, we will provide at least 90 days' notice to licence holders. Already-purchased licences will continue to function for supported macOS and Windows versions at time of discontinuation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Aligrio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aligrio, including but not limited to missed meetings, loss of data, or loss of productivity.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify licence holders of material changes by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
